Abstract
Work Environment In the workplace, racism is viewed as a social death. It is extremely difficult for employees who experience ostracism to relocate with other members of the organization. According to K.D. Williams, workplace ostracism is when people are shunned and neglected by their coworkers. Since there are more private schools in Chennai than public ones, private school teachers are crucial to the education and growth of the students. The objectives of the study include, 1) To identify the effect of organizational justice on workplace ostracism, 2) To study the impact of workplace ostracism on voice behaviour and 3) To study the mediating role of political skill. Research is carried out using descriptive research design. Data is collected using a structured questionnaire with closed ended questions and analyzed using SPSS software. The study's key findings will encourage private school teachers to work enthusiastically in the classroom and will also help school administrators improve student performance.

Abstract
The term “green products” is used commonly to describe the products that seek to protect or enhance the environment during production, use, or disposal by conserving resources and minimizing the use of toxic agents, pollution, and waste. Hence, green products offer potential benefits to the environment and human health. As the public become more educated and informed about environmental issues, they soon realize that they may contribute unintentionally and unknowingly to greenhouse gas, acid rain, pollution and massive accumulation of waste. To overcome these difficulties a new concept has born in the present globalized world where production, consumption and also the marketing of the products can be carried effectively ensuring environment safety. This concept is named as “Green Marketing”. The outcome of this paper may trigger the minds of marketer to give a thought for adopting the suitable strategies which will give them a way to overcome major problems associated with regular marketing techniques and make a shift to green marketing. The paper also examines the present trends of green marketing in India and describes the reason why companies are adopting it and future of green marketing and concludes that green marketing is something that will continuously grow in both practice and demand.

Abstract
Customer relationship management (CRM) is an approach to manage a company's interaction with current and potential customers. It uses data analysis about customers' history with a company to improve business relationships with customers, specifically focusing on customer retention and ultimately driving sales growth. One important aspect of the CRM approach is the systems of CRM that compile data from a range of different communication channels, including a company's website, telephone, email, live chat, marketing materials and more recently, social media. Through the CRM approach and the systems used to facilitate it, businesses learn more about their target audiences and how to best cater to their needs.

Abstract
After We Got The Independence In 1947, Our Rural People Immensely Played The Important Role To The Economic Development Of Our Country. In The Recent Years, Both Government Of Tamil Nadu And Private Finance Institution Have Aided Them In All Possible Ways To Improve Their Livelihood By Giving Them The Numerous Opportunities, If Is Thing To Share That 60% People Of India Are Living Only In Rural Areas. The Poor People Get Loan From Micro Finance Institution But They Do Not Utilize The Money Properly Because Of Their Low Intellectuality And High Ignorance. So They Could Not Pay Their Due Amount On Stipulated Time And They Are Forced To Get The Money From Other Money Lender To Pay Off The Dues When The Agent Of Former Finance Institution Compelled Then To Pay Back The Same. ‘As Everyone Knows, The Nationalized Bank Give The Loan For Minimum 7% Maximum12% Interest Rate But Non BankingFinancial Institution Gives The Loan For Minimum12%To Maximum36%.So We Can Come To Conclude That Micro Finance institution Makes Adverse Effect To The Rural People. The Studies Aims to Proclaim That Micro Finance Institution Does Not Help To the Poor Rural People but Increases Their Poverty In Our Nation.

A Study on Exploring the Role of Life Insurance in Mitigating Risks and Protecting Families

Abstract:

Insurance is one of the important instruments designed to deal with risk through sharing. Life Insurance is a contract by which one can protect oneself against specific losses by paying a premium over a period of time. Since each one of us, during our lives are faced with numerous risks-failing health, financial losses, accidents and even fatalities, our instinct drives us to cover ourselves against those risk. Though an insurance cover can’t protect the emotional losses arising out of these risks, it softens the economic crisis that usually accompanies these losses. A family is generally dependent for its food, clothing and shelter on the income brought in at regular intervals by the breadwinner of the family. So long as he lives and the income is received steadily, that family is secure; but should death suddenly intervene the family may be left in a very difficult situation and sometimes, in stark poverty. Uncertainty of death is inherent in human life. It is this uncertainly, that is risk, which gives rise to the necessity for some form of protection against the financial loss arising from death. Insurance substitute this uncertainly by certainty.

Many specialists underlined the fact that human resource requires more attention and careful management than any other resource of an organization. The role of the HR manager must parallel the needs of the changing organization. Successful organizations are becoming more adaptable, resilient, quick to change directions, and customer-centered. Abstract
Network Marketing is a business model of direct selling in which consumers/customers get products directly from the company or any of its stores instead of stepping out for any other retail stores. Emerging business trends have entirely transformed the way businesses operate. Such models help businesses gain more customers. Also, they can minimize the expenses incurred using the traditional models. Network marketing is a marketing medium that manufacturers use for their sales expansion. It is usually used when managing multiple distributors for their product distribution. At times these distributors can have sub-distributors. Thus, this results in a network of distributors that function at different levels of the distribution chain. Unemployment is one of the biggest problems in India. Net work marketing reduce the unemployment.
