Abstract
E-Commerce, also known as electronic commerce, is the process of buying and selling goods through the use of the Internet or other online platforms. E-shopping, also referred to as online shopping, is a subcategory of E-Commerce that enables customers to directly purchase products and services from sellers via the Internet using a web browser. In India, online shopping has transformed the traditional method of purchasing goods and services. Consumers who wanted to purchase a product that they wanted to touch and feel began to purchase after seeing the product image on the website. Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio are some of the most preferred E-Commerce Apps. It is just because online shopping has been creating trust and gaining acceptance. Thus, this research is conducted to examine the Consumer Satisfaction Towards E-Commerce App. The objective of this study is to analyze Factors Influenced to Buy Products Online in E-Commerce App and identify the problems faced by the Consumers while using E-Commerce App and also to find association Association between Most preferred E-Commerce App and Age.
