Impact of Workplace Ostracism on Voice Behaviour with the Mediating Role of Political Skill Among Private School Teachers

Issue Abstract

Abstract
Work Environment In the workplace, racism is viewed as a social death. It is extremely difficult for employees who experience ostracism to relocate with other members of the organization. According to K.D. Williams, workplace ostracism is when people are shunned and neglected by their coworkers. Since there are more private schools in Chennai than public ones, private school teachers are crucial to the education and growth of the students. The objectives of the study include, 1) To identify the effect of organizational justice on workplace ostracism, 2) To study the impact of workplace ostracism on voice behaviour and 3) To study the mediating role of political skill. Research is carried out using descriptive research design. Data is collected using a structured questionnaire with closed ended questions and analyzed using SPSS software. The study's key findings will encourage private school teachers to work enthusiastically in the classroom and will also help school administrators improve student performance.
