Abstract

Stress at work can be a real problem for the organization as well as for its workers. Good management and good work organization are the best forms of stress prevention. If employees are already stressed, their managers should be aware of it and know to help. Work-related stress is the response people may have when presented with work demands and pressures that are not matched to their knowledge and abilities and which challenge their ability to cope. Stress occurs in a wide range of work circumstances but is often made worse when employees feel they have little support from supervisors and colleagues and where they can cope with their demands and pressures. There is often confusion between pressure or challenge and stress and sometimes it is used to excuse bad management practice. In the workplace and at home, stress and other difficult situations are at an all-time high. Factors such as job insecurity, long hours, continuous change, and unrealistic deadlines can cause serious problems for workers. The aim and goal of the paper are to know the various factors to stimulate stress levels among women teachers at the college level. Workplace stress occurs when there is an imbalance between the demands and perceived pressures of the work environment and an individual ability to cope. An individual’s experience of stress at work is to a large extent affected by the level of control they have over their working condition pressures, the degree of support they receive from others in the workplace, and the strategies they use to respond to work pressures.

Abstract

In the present modern technology age due to fast changing dynamics of the technology world, the opportunities are myriad, and consumer preferences undergo a dramatic change. In the global economy where the consumers are having an increasing exposure to foreign brands, the availability of information about the brands and awareness could play an important role in consumers’ perceptions of the product quality and as well influence consumer choice. To increase the fiercely fought market share, automobile companies are increasing their different form of advertisements and range of digital executions, particularly in the social media space and it because the consumer choice processes a complex phenomenon. Deciding to buy a product or service involves many processes and problems at present there are many curbsiders in the car market they are unlicensed individual, dealer, or retailer who buys vehicles and instead of registering them under their name, will post the same vehicle for sale with a markup. They might misrepresent the real condition of the car or hide major issues to make it look appealing. Most of the sellers and manufacturers mislead the buyers about a vehicle’s make, price, quality, or performance. Car companies usually offer big discounts in December every year to clear their inventories before they hike prices and launch new models in January. The offers attract the buyers to purchase now the vehicle will bear the registration date of December, and in a few days, it will be last year’s model. If buyers plan to change the car in 3-4 years, the registration date will be a big matter. Some dealers and lenders ask car buyers to buy credit insurance to pay off the car loan if the buyer should die or become disabled but credit insurance is not required by federal law. Dealer requires buying credit insurance for car financing, but it is included in the cost of credit. Moreover, the car owners, after purchasing the cars have been suffering from a lot of problems, particularly after-sales service, maintenance problems, spare parts problems other hurdles like the strict rules laid by financial institutions and banks on car loans for the buyers purchasing cars on installment basis. Based on these basic issues, the researcher has developed an interest in studying car buyers’ behavior and attitudes towards buying small cars.

Abstract

In the current scenario service sector has transformed tremendously change in the last few years and which is becoming the next booming industry. Due to rapid growth and heavy competition, employees are facing several problems of stress. This study explores the impact of enhancing the employee’s participation in service industries and to know the stress barriers faced by them. It is significant for knowing stress awareness among the employees and the strategies for coping with the stress to achieve their goals; this is an analytical study based on primary data which is collected through a questionnaire. Thus the present study is initiated with the stress awareness among the employees in the service industries sector it was carried out among 200 employees from different service stores in the Chennai district. Analysis like Percentage, Chi-Square, and ANOVA analysis were used to know the various factors affecting job stress.

Abstract

In India entrepreneurs involved in commercial activities under Industries, Service, and Business (ISB) are growing in
numbers. The quality output of these entrepreneurs is to be improved further to compete with the products in the market. The Indian market is becoming global. The customers/consumers are demanding innovative products. Marketing techniques with attractive advertisements intoxicate the consumers continuously. To survive in these
changing market trends and changing wants/ requirements of the customers/consumers, entrepreneurs are compelled to improve their quality output. To achieve their objectives, entrepreneurs need financial assistance to
acquire new machinery/equipment and effective training to update their skills including marketing tacts.

ABSTRACT
In the current scenario, technology has transformed tremendous change in the last few years which will have greater influence on Ebanking. It is growing rapidly and this has shifted the bankers towards E-banking to attract and target potential customers. Therefore most of the bankers started to promote their products and services through the internet for their end users. This study mainly focuses on a comparative study between SBI and ICICI towards E-banking. This is an analytical study based on the primary data which is collected through a questionnaire. Thus the present study initiated with internet banking users towards service quality was carried out among 150 customers and the data was collected from SBI and ICICI in Pudukkotai district. Analysis like Percentage, Ranking, and ANOVA were used to know the various factors determining the quality of the banking sector.
Key Words: E-banking, Service Quality and Banking Sector.

A Strategy of Nonlinear Algebraic Equation Solving Through Homotopy Perturbation Progression

Abstract
We suggested a proposal for widening the usage of He's homotopy perturbation methodology to solve complex algebraic formulae by utilizing the first seven elements of Taylor's series. This approach would expand the use of He's original method. The fundamental goal of our research is to come up with a solution that is approximative yet still manages to attain an elevated degree of accuracy. We are seeking a method that will allow us to answer non-linear algebraic questions. To arrive at an analytical function within the framework of the suggested hybrid scheme, we used Taylor's series and the homotopy technique. To accomplish this, the initial terms of Taylor's series were trimmed, and the variational iteration technique was then employed. We were able to demonstrate that the recommended technique is successful by locating a rough response that was precise to a significant degree. This allowed us to locate an approximate solution. This exact answer can be obtained by looking at the spot on the graph where the horizontal axis intersects with the graph. In particular, we devised a brand new iterative equation that, at each phase of the procedure, generates a solution estimation that gets increasingly nearer to the accurate one, while concurrently decreasing the amount of errors that occur. This was accomplished by combining the two concepts described above. Examples are supplied to illustrate the accuracy of the process that has been described so far.
