ABSTRACT

Economic slowdown generally occurs when there is a widespread drop in spending. This may be triggered by various events, such as a financial crisis, an external trade shock, an adverse supply shock, or the bursting of an economic bubble. In the United States, it is defined as "a significant decline in economic activity spread across the market, lasting more than a few months, normally visible in real GDP, real income, employment, industrial production, and wholesale-retail sales". In the United Kingdom, it is defined as a negative economic growth for two consecutive quarters. The economic slowdown in India means hardship for Indians. It has reported on dropping incomes as well as tight-fisted spending, even on essentials such as food. However, it is not only Indians who are suffering in the Indian government too. Taxation is a core part of the capabilities of any government; this is a troubling sign for India. This is doubly worrying for a poor country such as India, where state spending is key to lifting people out of poverty. A leading dampener is the US-China trade war, which has intensified over time and has contracted world trade and, in turn, Indian exports. Also, high rates of GST, liquidity crisis in NBFCs, and shift in the behavioral pattern of the workforce due to the entry of young people have discouraged savings. Governments usually respond to slowdown by adopting expansionary macroeconomic policies, such as increasing money supply or increasing government spending and decreasing taxation. This article examines the causes and consequences of the present economic slowdown in the Indian Economy.

ABSTRACT

In the reoriented world, people love to live a completely luxuriant life. In that case, many subjects cause his life. A few causes are jobs, affairs, good livelihood, especially shopping, that is marketing. Everyone knew that generally, all supermarkets have tightly and beautifully packed items, highly concentrated dairy products, and vegetables. People do not know whether these products are natural or artificial, but we all are forced to buy these products. Due to such reasons, a new market emerged and was said as “GREEN MARKET”. Economic and environmental performance must go hand in hand. The natural environment is central to economic activity and growth, providing the resources we need to produce goods and services, and absorbing and processing unwanted by-products in the form of pollution and waste. Environmental assets contribute to managing risks to economic and social activity, helping to regulate flood risks, regulating the local climate (both air quality and temperature), and maintaining the supply of clean water and other resources. This underpins economic activity and well-being, and so maintaining the condition of natural assets is a key factor in sustaining growth for the longer term. Correspondingly, economic growth contributes to the investment and dynamism needed to develop and deploy new technology, which is fundamental to both productivity growth and managing environmental assets. This article is to examine the economic growth of the products and marketing of the green revolution. Initially, we have to analyze the basic and grassroots level of effective benefits of green marketing which is widely said to be bringing awareness. Finally, the findings and the implications of the research are discussed. This will help the functionaries of marketers in market and target marketing by ensuring and observing the economic growth of society.

ABSTRACT

In the current scenario of business, the micro, small, and medium enterprises have been accepted as the engine of growth for promoting equitable development and sustainable growth. The MSME plays a vital role in the generation of employment opportunities, the dispersal of industries, and the creation of job opportunities. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sectors have also been playing an indispensable role in the overall development of the economy of a country. The objective of the study is to study the type of problems faced by MSMEs and the scope of economic growth among people who are unemployed and facing the problems of poverty. This has been considered as the dynamic and vibrant sector of the Indian economy as it provides a wide area of employment opportunities to rural and urban coverage. This is an attempt to highlight the growth of the sector and the various problems or challenges faced by the MSME sector. It plays a dominant role in establishing a wide variety of employment opportunities at a comparatively lower capital cost but also helped in the industrialization of rural and backward areas by reducing regional imbalances and assuring a more equitable distribution of wealth and national Income. It analyzes the definition and challenges faced by MSMEs. This study focused on the collection of data from different sectors and various enterprises. It is suggested that the Government should encourage MSMEs by providing financial as well as technological support. It reviews the progress of the MSME sector and solves its problems in propelling the economic growth.
