About the book

Description

Abstract

In a world that is becoming more and more difficult every day, businesses want innovative and multidimensional solutions to meet their difficulties while also outperforming their competitors. In an increasingly tough world, organisations seek new and multifaceted solutions to tackle their challenges while surpassing their competition. This necessity gives rise to a technique known as Design Thinking, which is the act of devising new, creative solutions to a given problem. This article seeks to demonstrate the impact of design thinking on organisational, process, and product innovation. When it comes to product, service, or even company design, design thinking aims to involve users, designers, and entrepreneurs in a collaborative process. The study's conceptual framework was developed, and hypotheses were generated based on the data and literature. According to the study's conclusions, design thinking may be advantageous for organisations.
