Abstract
Most management in all corporate organizations, particularly in the information technology industry, pays close attention to employee retention as one of the booming areas with workable retention techniques for these individuals. Maintaining the talent pool also contributes to  maintaining the client base. In the contemporary atmosphere of competition, leaders must guide their organizations at a higher level. If they  regard their staff as valuable resources and those who should offer their all to the organizations, they will be able to meet the challenge. If the prospective workforce is retained for a longer period of time, ensuring continuity of high performance, this competitive advantage will be ensured.
Keywords: Organizational Leadership, Employee Retention, and IT Companies.
