Abstract
Analyzing the job satisfaction of the employees plays a vital role. The performance of employees would be fluctuating because of external and internal factors influencing the performance of employees. Working provided by management for its employees to perform better and also the level of satisfaction had been the major objective of the management. Human resource management is very essential one in every organization. This Human Resource Management will lead to the growth of an organization with the utilization of human resources. The main objectives of the study were to find out the impact of motivation among the employees in Paranthaman hydraulics and equipment, Tiruchengode. The data collected for the study were both primary as well as secondary data’s in nature. The primary data was collected through personal contacts with the employees of Paranthaman hydraulics and equipment, Tiruchengode. The secondary data’s are collected through books, websites etc. The tools used for the analysis of training effectiveness are by using percentage analysis. From the analysis, the researcher understood the job satisfaction of employees.

This study has tried to achieve its objective by finding whether the training given to the employees is effective, it also extended to find the attitude of the employees towards the training, employees needed area of training and to find the effective mode of training to employees. This study reflects on the training effectiveness of the employees of CHOLAMANDALAM MS GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LTD. All the training programme are given to the employees in CHOLAMANDALAM MS GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LTD, have reached their objective and majority of the employees are satisfied with the training programme.
