Abstract

 Various legislation are strictly followed for protecting the employees of organisations without risk, without regulations or act regarding factory there is no proper control and good management style in a business environment. Employees is an basic source for industries as well finance, without human intervention there is no possibility for production in organization. Various act are implemented by the government for safeguarding the labours from unfair management practices in organization for control and avoid the problems in their day to day life. The employees protecting view the law setup various act for improving employees life, such as healthy, safety and welfare, provident fund, state insurance, bonus, wages , maternity leave, gratuity and employees compensation etc. Without the proper provisions regarding labour welfare, even every treat them employees in unfair way due to inform salary issues and bonded labour etc. Keywords: Health , safety, welfare, human resource, labour legislations, manpower, productivity, company policy, wages and salary, Employer and employees.
