Abstract

 Various legislation are strictly followed for protecting the employees of organisations without risk, without regulations or act regarding factory there is no proper control and good management style in a business environment. Employees is an basic source for industries as well finance, without human intervention there is no possibility for production in organization. Various act are implemented by the government for safeguarding the labours from unfair management practices in organization for control and avoid the problems in their day to day life.
