Abstract
The study explores on consumer satisfaction among the Air pods users in Tiruchirappalli city, focusing on understanding the factors that influence their purchasing decisions, usage experience, and overall contentment with the product. With the growing popularity of wireless earphones particularly Air pods it becomes essential to assess the user satisfaction to gauge their impact on the local market. The research aims to analyze key variables such as sound quality, design, battery performance, brand loyalty price perception and after sales service. It examines how demographic factors like age, gender, and income levels influence consumer satisfaction. By gathering data through surveys, the study provides a comprehensive evaluation of air pods acceptance and usage patterns among the residents of Tiruchirappalli. The findings reveal that while most users appreciate the premium design, seamless connectivity, and sound quality of Air pods.
