Abstract
The manufacturing industry, a linchpin of global economic activity, grapples with the pervasive challenges of high employee turnover and burnout. This study delves into the intricate relationship between job burnout and turnover
intention w ithin this dynamic sector, shedding light on critical factors that influence employee retention and well being. Through meticulous analysis of data from 227 individuals, significant correlations emerge, emphasizing the pivotal role of Occupational Exhausti on and Personal Accomplishment Assessment. Higher levels of Occupational Exhaustion are linked to greater Turnover Intention, underscoring the urgent need for interventions to address work related stress. Additionally, recognizing and celebrating employee achievements, as reflected in Personal Accomplishment Assessment, is associated with lower Turnover Intention. The findings spotlight the imperative for organizations to implement strategies that enhance employee well being and foster a supportive work environment. This research not only advances our understanding of the challenges faced by the manufacturing workforce but also provides actionable insights for industry stakeholders to cultivate a sustainable and thriving workforce in this critical sector.
