Additionally, digital wallets and mobile payments are secure, as they use encryption technology to protect users’ financial information. Digital wallets and mobile payments are also beneficial to merchants, as they reduce the risk of fraud and chargebacks. They can also help businesses save money on transaction fees. Furthermore, digital wallets and mobile payments offer a range of additional features, such as the ability to store loyalty cards and coupons. This makes it easier for users to access and use these features while shopping. The study aims the awareness among the consumers about the digital payments and also helps in determining the factors motivating consumers to use digital payments.
