“A Study Motivation Techniques Practiced in Ashok Leyland Ltd”.

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to make a study on how the employees were motivated in a workplace. Several authors have formulated many theories on motivating people. But when it comes to motivating employees the theories followed must be capable enough to motivate them. Nowadays, motivation theory has become a central tenet of management theory, such that the effective use of these theories has a significant impact on the dedication and performance of the employees and, as a result, the overall success of a company. The company was already giving sufficient level of motivation. For this motivation level the company got better response from employee. This project report shows some of the motivational techniques followed by the company is really effective or not. Does these techniques help the management to motivate their employees? Whether the employees will work effectively if they are motivated and to know the performance level of the employees with motivation and without motivation. This report also includes the details of some of the benefits which an employee is acquiring from the company. From those benefits which motivates the workers to do their work efficiently and effectively. Even though the management is motivating their employees in a better way they must make a research on what makes the employees really motivated in workplace.
