A Study of Impact of Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction Employees Working in IT Industry at Bangalore

Abstract 

Transformational leadership has become an essential leadership approach in modern organizations due to its ability to inspire employees, promote innovation, and enhance organizational performance. Job satisfaction is a critical determinant of employee productivity, commitment, motivation, and retention. This study examines the impact of transformational leadership on job satisfaction among employees working the IT industry. The study adopts a quantitative research approach and utilizes primary data collected through a structured questionnaire administered to employees. The collected data are analysed using statistical tools such as percentage analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analysis to determine the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction.
