ABSTRACT
The important objective of effective safety programs in an organization is to safeguard work–related injuries and accidents. Effective safety management includes safety problems, accidents employees, and technology in the organizational setting. The role of human beings should also overview the safety-related problems. Safety efforts will not be successful if we try to engineer machines without paying concentration to the behavioral reactions of employees. Safety policy must be formulated and implemented in every factory. To decrease accidents and injuries in the workplace is the main objective.
