A Study on Conflict Management and its Impact among Employees in it Sector with Special Reference to DLF, Chennai

Abstract
Organisational conflict occurs when there is disagreement of opinion, goals or value or interest between individuals or groups of employees in the organisation. Conflict affects the existing equilibrium of the organisation. The main objective is to identify the various causes of conflict and how it can be managed effectively. The research study is
conducted in IT sectors in DLF, Chennai. The total number of respondents is 150 employees. This study identifies various individual and organisation coping up strategy through which employee’s conflict level can be reduced. This research paper suggests the influencing factors which reduce conflict. The primary data is collected with questionnaire from various employees in IT sector. The secondary data is collected through various books, journals and websites.
