Leadership Styles among the Teachers of Arts and Science Colleges in Karungal Town

Abstract  
The research study was designed to examine the leadership styles adopted by the college teachers in three self-financing arts and science colleges in Karungal Town. The qualitative and quantitative approaches were used to design the research. Sixty teachers were involved in the study through simple random sampling method. The
study findings showed that the majority of the teachers adopt the situational leadership stylesin which they are able to diagnose the situations and pick out the right style for each occasion.
