A quantitative research approach was employed to collect data from a sample of 110 employees working in various manufacturing organizations. Correlation and regression analyses were conducted to explore the relationships between employee retention strategies and job satisfaction. The findings of this study revealed significant positive correlations between the implementation of employee retention strategies and job satisfaction (r=0.462, p <0.001), indicating that as employee retention strategies increase, job satisfaction also increases. Additionally, the regression analysis indicated thatretention strategies do have a strong impact on job satisfaction (R2= 0.141, p< 0.01).
