Through basic investigation using Servqual, this paper evaluates the degree of organization nature of social protection providers in Bahrain with a point of view to uncovering, essentially; the connection between organization quality estimations and the general patients' satisfaction and separating conduct desire for patients. A trial of 235 patients of mending offices and helpful centers checked out the survey audit. Clear, ascertain examination, backslide and association authentic strategies we reutilized to explore the connection between organization quality (SQ) estimations, patients satisfaction (SAT) and social point (BI). The study results exhibit that SERVPERF scale was more compelling than Servqual scale in explaining the change in organization quality.
