Abstract
Labour migration is considered to be a major phenomenon that brings vast economic changes in both home and destination countries. In this context the present study aims at analyzing the various aspects and challenges of overseas employment. The main focus is laid on the major problems faced by the migrant employees in UAE from Tirunelveli district. Thus the present study throws light on the hassles of migrant workers and attempts to provide suitable solutions.
