Abstract
In today’s rapidly changing global landscape, advanced management practices are essential for driving innovation and fostering growth within organizations. Human resource management (HRM) plays a pivotal role in this context, as it not only supports organizational goals but also drives innovation through talent management, leadership development, and organizational culture. This paper explores the intersection of advanced management strategies and HRM in fostering innovation across international boundaries. It examines how global HR practices, including recruitment, training, and performance management, can be optimized to encourage creativity, adaptability, and collaboration within diverse workforces. Additionally, the role of leadership in shaping an innovative environment and the integration of technology and data analytics in HR decision-making are also explored. The research highlights key challenges and opportunities faced by organizations in managing innovation on a global scale, with a focus on aligning HR strategies with the dynamic needs of the business environment.
