Abstract:

This case study looks at the troubles faced by the two partners, Nikhil and Arjun, ran into with their firm Tech Innovators. They had a good first year. But then problems occurred because Nikhil made decisions on his own and ignored what they agreed in the partnership. Arjun started feeling side-lined and worried about where the firm was headed. The case points out how crucial it is to talk clearly, set roles straight, and have a solid partnership agreement. That way a partnership can last and do well. Students get to break down the scenario, spot the trouble spots, and think about fixes.
