The study primarily relied on primary data, which was collected from the employees involved in the hiring process. The analysis tools and techniques used include percentage analysis, chi-square analysis, and correlation. Based on the analysis and findings, various charts and conclusions were drawn, providing actionable insights into enhancing recruitment efficiency and effectiveness through AI technology.
