Abstract 

This study focuses on Employee engagement and commitment in Extendo Technologies, Madurai. It emphasizes the importance of understanding how various demographic variable nourishes the employe engagement in the organization. By identifying the factors affecting employee engagement, it will be feasible for the organization to apply strategies to overcome the affecting factors, the study provides valuable insights into how important is engaging employees for effective productivity. 

This study is purely based on Primary data literature review and it explores the important factors on Healthcare Service Quality.
