Particularly in the operation department, AI influences widely through decision-making and improving efficiency and innovation. These data are useful for operation managers for taking decisions in market expansion, demand forecasting, and improvement. These sources give the reason for the failure and predict the future. Artificial intelligence identifies bottlenecks in the operation department and gives the solution for the debottlenecks. Through the case history of Amazon, Walmart, Tesla, and IBM, this study was proved that it was effectively in the operation department to achieve global market.
