Abstract
Competitive Intelligence (CI) has become a critical strategic function for organizations operating in highly dynamic and technology-driven markets. Traditionally, CI relied on manual data collection, expert judgment, and descriptive analysis, which limited its speed, scalability, and predictive capability. The emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed Competitive Intelligence by enabling automated data gathering, advanced analytics, real-time monitoring, and predictive insights. This paper explores the role of Artificial Intelligence in enhancing Competitive Intelligence processes, tools, and outcomes. It examines key AI techniques such as machine learning, natural language processing, data mining, and predictive analytics, and explains how they contribute to strategic decision-making. The study also discusses practical applications, benefits, challenges, ethical concerns, and future directions of AI-driven Competitive Intelligence. The paper concludes that AI-powered CI provides organizations with sustainable competitive advantage by improving accuracy, timeliness, and strategic foresight.
