Abstract 

In the present digital era, business organizations face increasing complexity in decision making due to rapid technological changes and intense competition. Managers are required to make timely and accurate decisions using large volumes of data. Traditional decision-making approaches, which mainly rely on human experience and intuition, are often insufficient in handling such complexity. Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides advanced analytical capabilities that assist managers in processing data, identifying patterns, and generating meaningful insights. This paper examines the role of Artificial Intelligence in managerial decision making and highlights its contribution to improving decision quality. The study is based on secondary data collected from books, journals, and online sources. The findings indicate that AI enhances managerial effectiveness when used as a supportive tool along with human judgment.
