UNDERSTANDING HR LINGO

PREFACE

 All Praise be to the Almighty! A ray of hope with my wildest dreams walked into my life when my Mother accidentally ignited an idea in me to write a book. She has seen me preparing very hard to crack NET Examinations and each time I failed was depressingly commented. And one fine day irritatingly she said : “You prepare and litter when are you going to glitter? making home a complete mess as though you are to author a book”. This instinct incidence perhaps was enough for me to at least prove my little caliber. My mother’s review was the silent way to promote me as an author today. Even at this age this soul have been doing so much of sacrifice for my betterment. I just can’t end by saying the least simple word Thank You. You have assured us with infinite love, care and prayers for the family. I am ever blessed to be your daughter. My real Hero is my Dad who has always been extremely optimistic, inspirational man in all my endeavors and achievements no matter what hard-hitting situations I come across in life. What I am today is only because of this beautiful soul who gave me a kickstart for writing this book. Now-a-days every student is in search a genuine teacher. Amidst, I am very fortunate to be the student of maverick wonderful hearts like Dr. Sumayaa Dawood and Dr. Lourdes Boopala Rayen who themselves are legitimate in their individualist ways and have transformed me in every aspect they could and now have become a part of my family.
