On-demand cab services came to Indian market in the year 2004 by Meru cabs and soon became popular among consumers on metropolitan cities. This study is focused on the impact of OLA services at Chennai and for this data has been collected with the help of structured questionnaire. Data was collected from Chennai and specifically from students. This paper focuses on the impact of OLA cabs at Chennai. The study deals with the consumers mindset towards in utilizing the call taxi services, comfortness, ease of access, tariff system, safety, convenience, and overall satisfaction towards the service quality. The reasons that support and influence their choice, ascertain their views in enhancement of service and reasons behind their dis- satisfaction are analyzed by conducting the Descriptive research, the data so gathered are with appropriate tools and provided with feasible suggestions.

The purpose of this study is to know the performance of public transport service and to analyze the financial stability in the performance of income and expenditure of BMTC by applying simple average calculation method. In terms of comparing its performance and efficiency for 3 years. it examines the information found within a company’s profit and loss account. The study was based on secondary data from records, reports and profile of the Bangalore metropolitan transport corporation. Simple average method is a method which can be obtained by the average rate of incomes and expenditure items in the financial statement and can be calculated by multiplying the total of the units simply by the number of receiving variables. An objective of the study includes analyzing the profitability, analyzing the financial stability, recognizing the weak operational areas and company’s overall financial performance with suitable suggestion for a better soundness and to overcome from the weak areas analyzed in the company. There are different factors influencing consumer behavior it can be economic conditions, individual preferences, marketing campaigns and group influences. So the researcher has taken up the study to analyze the consumers’ behavior with respect to usage of green products in Bangalore urban. The study was conducted to know the awareness and knowledge of respondents about green products, to determine which factors motivate and demotivate usage of green products and to analyse influence of different attributes on usage of green products through chi-square test. The companies should encourage consumers on how to use and dispose of the products to build sustainability, there should be rational appeal by the companies telling the consumers what effects their products have on environment.
