The Committee traced the declining trend of Indian silk industry primarily with a view for the reason of the lack of organization, in proved technology and capital. According to the report, the silk industry was largely in the hands of the dealers whose interest appeared only to 'get rich quick' at the cost of the poor craftsman, quality of the end product and the production itself. Leroy observed that "The worker, ground down continuously by pressure of circumstances and want of capital through generations of struggle had never enjoyed proper understanding with the dealer and both do not see eye to eye on the interests of the industry as a whole".

After first green revolution the use of agrochemicals became directly proportional to farm productivity. The agrochemicals such as pesticides made huge impact on environment and also human health. Pesticides cause 14 per cent of all known occupational injuries and 10 per cent of all fatal injuries to agricultural labourers.. Thus the farm workers have no capacity to bargain for securing a fair wage level and no protection against health hazards...This study analyses the problems of Modern agriculture practices among landless agricultural labourers.

Thus it is clear from the analysis that customers have satisfactory knowledge on financial literacy, but poor in financial products, conception and financial services offered by the commercial banks.

The present paper has taken an in-depth review of the promotional challenges in tourism industry and focused on the entrepreneurs in tourism business. The entrepreneurs in tourism industry are facing many challenges in promotion of their services. This study made an attempt to explore the solution to these challenges. The overall objective of the study is to find the problems faced by entrepreneurs in tourism industry in promoting tourism products and suggest ways and mean, for strengthening tourism sector for better promotion. To have the statistic data for the study, the questionnaires were distributed to the target respondent firms of Tour Operator and Travel Agency, as the result, 108 respondents answered the questionnaires. The collected date are coded, tabulated and summarized. One- way ANOVA, Chi-square tests and Freidman test have been applied for analyzing the data. Findings revealed that all the tour operators and travel agents agreed that undertaking promotional activities is important. It is found that advertisement stands first in the tourism sector preferences of promotional mix followed by publicity, public relation, personal selling, referrals, and sales promotional mix followed by publicity, public relation, personal selling, referrals, and sales promotion. It was noteworthy that majority of them are strongly agreed with the statement ‘Marketing helps the organization to build image’

The findings of the study revealed that job stress and burnout do not impact registered nurses job performance.

Here solar power is integrated with the grid power supply for the uninterrupted electricity usage. This System as called the on-grid net-metering system. This paper aims to analyze the feasibility of the on-grid net metering system according to the cost of energy (CoE). The results are derived from the optimal sizing of 100KW photovoltaic Solar panels. As a result that the cost of energy is about Rs.1.71/Kwh, Which shows the solar power, is economically feasible and cost-effective
