Abstract
Differentiated and past learning, this paper, from a mighty perspective, consider the previous understudies wants for corporate commitment (CR) and delegate commitment (ER) as virtual mental contract (PC), and regards the differences among commitment want (RE) and commitment fulfillment (RF) as mental contract burst (PCB), for researching tentatively the qualifications in alumni's wisdom about PC earlier and after that a while later going into the workplace, in addition, analyzing inside and out the effect way that PCB follows up on occupation satisfaction (JS) and continues point (TI). The results demonstrate that present are some obvious variations in the knowledge about PC, which maybe clearly impel graduates' halted.
